I was a perpetual groomer hopper until I found Bill. Now, Bill has been working on my two boys, Morgan and Ranger for years! I took them all over the Main Line and never felt the cut was all that special, until I found Bill. You can also plainly see he loves dogs and that is certainly not the case with all groomers. I witnessed a groomer in Havertown screaming at a golden retriever as she tried to get him in the tub and she yelled, "I hate all goldens." My goldendoodle was next in line, so we left and never went back.

I have been taking my 2 dogs here to Edna for a little over 3 years and I have ALWAYS been very pleased with their service. My one dog has anxiety issues and Edna is great with her. I have asked for different styles for my 2 ladies and Edna has always been able to accomplish the look I wanted. My dogs are now always known for their pink toenails, it is a must LOL Thanks Edna, Daphnei and Penney love you!!!
